Teke figure from the Democratic Republic of Congo, standing on short legs, anatomy exposed, the male is armless with a barrel-shaped torso, a rectangular fetish cavity, and a tubular neck supporting a finely carved face with beard, incised linear markings, triangular nose, small, grooved eyes, and cap atop head.
Height: 10.75 inches
Some age cracks in front and on right side of the head. Losses to the left foot and minor damage to right side of the mouth and jaw.
